ISRSF Promotion at Andalas University Padang

In celebrating Indonesia’s 70^th Independence Day, Andalas University’s Faculty of Cultural Studies organized a national seminar titled, “70 Tahun Merdeka: Kebangkitan Indonesia dan Perkembangan Nasionalisme di Dunia Melayu.” The seminar was held between the 7^th and 9^th September 2015 at the Convention Hall Universitas Andalas, Kampus Limau Manis, Padang. The seminar also included a tour around town on the last day to sightsee the national heritage sites of Padang. It was a fun and educational experience for all of us, and ISRSF was there!

ISRSF was at the event to promote the 2016 Arryman Fellowship and we received such a great reception. The participants, who are mostly college students from all over Padang, included those from STKIP Pontianak, UNP, FKM, and more. They visited the ISRSF booth to find out more information about our scholarship and essay competition. We also got the chance to give them information on our essay competition. They were all eager and looked like they were ready to pour out their best essays. Now that you got the info, start sending them in guys and gals! We can’t wait to see your writings.
